It is the goal of the Gather Brewing Co Market days to support local small businesses, artisans, makers, farmers, ranchers, growers, and craftsmen by offering a venue to share their goods with our guests at Gather Brewing Co. The focus of our market is the selling of a diverse assortment of goods directly to the public which included food, healthy living products, products for your family & pets in addition to arts, crafts, and makers' creations. Preference will be given to these types of vendors.


Every Vendor will need to submit a completed application each year, even if you have participated in past market days. We have chosen to limit our offering of “boutique styled” goods that are not locally crafted but would be potentially mass-produced, wholesale/re-sale goods, as well as direct sales items.
We will not be allowing promotional, informational, or solicitation types of vendors. All vendors must have goods for sale, with the exception of pet adoption services when they participate.
Vendors who choose to sell food at our market must have all preparation done off-site. Vendors selling goods that fall under the Texas Cottage Food Law must-have goods labeled appropriately by the owner/vendor.
Vendors may only sell products they listed on their application and have gotten approval for by the Market Coordinator.
Vendors must be present for the entire time of the market. Set up times will be communicated and no early tear downs. All vendors are responsible for processing/collecting payments from shoppers per their business operations. Please be sure to bring any necessary cash as we do not have an ATM and cannot make changes.


Booth space is limited to a 10 X 10 space, in which the vendor is responsible to provide the pop-up tent, tables, displays, covers, and all necessary items for an aesthetically pleasing, professional booth set up. All canopies must be secured &/or weighted. You may not set up outside your tent space if it impedes into your neighbor vendor space. The Market Coordinator will assign booth location based on the composition of vendors. Requests for specific spaces are considered, but not guaranteed. The standard reservation fee is $40 per booth space. We do have several discount opportunities (including a 100% fully refundable first-time vendor reservation fee). Those discounts will be further explained for you to choose via email with the approval of your application.
Gather Brewing Co cannot provide electricity for booths. Generators are allowed in a limited capacity. Please be sure to list the need on your application.


We are an outdoor market and will meet come rain or shine, we will not cancel short of severe weather or an act of God. We ask that you not cancel on us either. We will allow a 7-day grace period after the initial payment of the reservation invoice for a refund in the event an urgent need arises for you to cancel. Beyond this time frame, no cancelation refund will be issued. If you still choose to cancel, please do so no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled event. The payment will be forfeited. In the event of a “no show or no call” or early closure without permission, COULD result in forfeiture of all future dates booked, and payments made based on the Market Coordinator decision. Your presence is integral to our guests and the other vendors, empty spaces impact the success of our market.
We ask that smoking be limited to smoking areas on the grounds.
Any unwelcome behavior will not be tolerated. Any complaints will be handled in a respectful and private manner with the Market Coordinator & Gather Brewing Co. management. This may result in termination from future markets.
We ask if you as a vendor have any issues about the market, fellow vendors or even guests that you take them up with the Market Coordinator after the market is completed for the day unless it is an emergency.

Gather Brewing has permission to use your photos in addition to any photos we take at our market days for promotion purposes on social media accounts in posts and ‘reels’.
Gather Brewing Co will promote the market within our Brewery on signs and flyers.
We ask that each vendor share any posts we make as well as feel free to create flyers, memes, and posts of their own to share with family and friends. Please tag us in those posts so we can re-share!
